In Mission, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Texas on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

The Pizzeria brings a vibrant, high-energy slice of classic Italian comfort straight to Mission. The bustling, family-friendly atmosphere makes it a fantastic neighborhood destination for a casual pizza night or a get-together with friends. From their expertly tossed, golden-crust pies loaded with premium toppings to savory pasta dishes and crisp salads, the kitchen serves up bold, heavy-hitting flavor in every single slice.

Service, as expected, you get RGV service; so based on what is already expected they get a 1 star; the "pizzaiolas" in this establishment might be better served making pizzas at the Gladys Porter Zoo. First time here and last, just to clarify; ordered a meat lover's pizza and a supreme calzone; the calzone for being large and supreme had 75% black olives and green peppers; 10% cheese; 10% sauce and 5% meats :( .The large meat lover's pizza was very greasy and soggy past the cornicione so it's a fail; badly cut, as one poster had mentioned (f.y.i. a brand new top tier pizza cutter costs $10) and as soon as you grab a slice it folds and all the toppings get dropped and you end up fishing the tip of the slice (imagine the visuals of this- out of a horror movie, disgraceful); forgot to mention the dough of the calzone is about 1 mm thick so when you slice it and lift it, half stays on the plate or box. In summary, diners have an abundance of pizzerias where to fulfill their pizza pie cravings, and if you are an independent pizzeria and you don't try to be the best then you're fired. ciao.

I order from here a lot, but I'm thinking of stopping. Don't get me wrong, the pizza tastes good, which is the only reason I keep coming back. The bake just isn't long enough. The toppings will slide off the bread when you take out a slice. (If you can take out a slice, since they cut it so poorly). The center is always soggy. It's just normal practice to put it on my stove at home and give it another go on the pan, just to make it crispier. I once asked them to make it "well done" and I still was served the same sogginess. The strombolis are decent. The salad is fresh, but they need to work on the bake. Edit: OK I'm done with this establishment. Since my original review I ordered a meat lovers online and added extra veggies. The pizza came with ONLY the veggies, no meat. Also, soggy again. I'm going back to chain pizza places. I would love to support local, but something needs to change here before I go back.

I’d like to tell you a story. It’s either late 80s or early 90s and it’s just me and my mom at The Plaza Mall. We’ve gone through the routine of JC Penny’s, Dillards, and Sears and now it’s time for my food court reward for not misbehaving. Many of you might not remember or have been born yet, but the place that took center stage and what was my favorite pizza place to this day was Luca Pizza. I’ll always remember a worker wearing their chef’s whites offering samples in the dining area, and my mom taking one for each of us. Every time I ate a piece I thought, β€œman, no wonder the Ninja Turtles love pizza so much”. And then one day it was gone. The pizzeria that I loved so much growing up was no longer there, and it felt like it took all my memories with it. I thought that was it. All we have left here in The Valley is global pizza chains. Nothing made with heart. But then a cousin of mine told me that one of the cooks opened up his own place in Mission on Conway called β€œPizza di Roma”. Familiar faces. Familiar flavors. Familiar memories. After getting a haircut at Tatan’s I would drive over and walk through the back entrance after passing their herb garden and get a pie. Things wer

Place was recommended by a friend while visiting the valley. The pizza was nothing special tbh and was not worth 3x the price of the big pizza chains. The chicken wings are good and the place itself is nice to chill at. The ladies were very polite and helpful. I’d do Parry’s over this any day of the week however.
